David Hallan
As founder and Managing Director of Team Capital, Mr. Hallahan advises clients on their talent and leadership across multiple industries in EMEA, APAC, North America and Latin America. He has conducted searches at the CEO, VP and Managing Director levels for major corporate clients, emerging companies and has led high profile searches for chairmen and non-executive board members. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Hallahan was founder and Senior Vice President of ASE (before its spin-off to Team Capital), an international search firm, focusing on technology and industrial clients. Previously, Mr. Hallahan was a senior consultant to public and private global companies focused on executive strategy and leadership. Mr. Hallahan is fluent in English and French and is a qualified practitioner in Behavioural and Emotional Intelligence. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Consulting and French from Aston University, ranked among the top business schools in Europe.

John Lamar
Mr. Lamar splits his time between the firm's Houston and New York offices and has conducted numerous executive search assignments across multiple industries throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia. He has recruited executives for public and private clients, ranging from emerging growth companies to Fortune 100 corporations with a particular focus on the energy, professional services, and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining The Alexander Group in 1993, Mr. Lamar served as a Senior Consultant with the Financial Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York and Houston. He previously served as an investment banker with the New York office of a Hong Kong-based merchant-banking firm. Mr. Lamar is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
